Real Estate Commission

As rule of thumb, Commissions or Finder Fee are paid equivalent to 15 days of rent to real estate agents. Some agents may ask for 1 month commission which can only be justified with a real exceptional service and outstanding contract negotiated by the real estate agent.

It is always better to clarify the Commission with the real estate agent before embarking on the journey to find home.
